I chose body modifications and they're stereotypes as my research project because, moderate amounts of tattoos and piercing intrest me, to an extent, but I don't like the extremes. So because of this I decided that this would be an interesting topic that I may actually enjoy researching. Also, I do want a few piercings, and maybe one or two tattoos, but as of now I'm not allowed because of my parents, and they associate them with negative stereotypes and say that my future will be ruined if I get even the smallest of piercings, such as getting the second hole in my ear.
